The UNESCO Social and Human Sciences Sector is looking for a company to undertake the **Final Evaluation of the UNESCO project "Developing In-House Consulting Capacities in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Greece and Latvia."**

The purpose of this evaluation is to generate findings and recommendations on the results of the project in supporting participating Member States in strengthening in-house consulting capacities. The evaluation will provide accountability for the use of resources and the results delivered by assessing the project’s performance against its original objectives, while also generating learning to inform UNESCO’s future work in this area and similar reform-support projects.
