EQUIP aims to support the Philippines’ inclusive economic growth ambitions by ensuring the labour force is well equipped with skills relevant to meet the needs of the country’s rapidly transforming economy. EQUIP aims to promote skills development in senior high school and enable a smooth transition to the labour force, whether immediately upon leaving school or after further education. It will also support Philippine Government agencies improve its policies and practices to support relevant skills pathways for senior secondary school learners.

**About the Role**


The Skills Development and Partnerships Coordinator (SDPC) will support the effective implementation of EQUIP’s skills development initiatives across pilot schools by translating the strategic direction of the SDPD into actionable, field-level interventions. The role serves as the primary coordination link between program strategy and on-the-ground delivery, ensuring alignment and coherence of activities across schools, Schools Division Offices (SDOs), and Regional Offices.

The SDPC works closely with school heads, teachers, SDO and regional focal persons, and partner institutions to coordinate implementation, monitor progress, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure that program interventions are responsive to local contexts while maintaining fidelity to program design.

**About You**

**Essential Experience and Knowledge**

- Bachelor’s degree in education, development studies, public administration, or a related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in implementing skills development programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with DepEd, TESDA, LGUs, or similar institutions at school, division, or regional levels.
- Strong experience in program coordination, field implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Senior High School systems, particularly TechVoc tracks, immersion, and certification processes.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical, operational plans and actions.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data collection, basic analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and ethical program delivery.
- Familiarity with TESDA Training Regulations and TechVoc implementation policies.
